Madagascar
Madagascar is the 4th largest island in the world. It is 226,640 square miles. It was created 100,000,000 years ago when a large portion of land separated from the Indian subcontinent and drifted onto Africa. It is home to many different types of animals and most of them are endangered. It is off to the south east coast of the continent of Africa. It is believed to have broken of the east coast of Africa, and become it own island nation around 160 million years ago. Many of the animals can not be found any where else on earth it is believed the animal has evolved 80% after a drift.
